The purpose of Hosanna Handbells is to aid in worship services with handbell music and prepare concert music. Small groups of ringers share at Bishop Care Center and Sterling Heights.  Small groups have played for weddings, Round Table, and at other churches.

 

Rehearsals are on Wednesdays from 4-6 PM in Van Loon Hall between September to mid-June. We are always looking for new ringers with or without ringing experience however it is very helpful if you know how to read music. All children who are in 3^rd to 6^th grade (or older) are invited to participate in the Children’s Chimes Choir! Mrs. Macurda will teach you how to play chimes, read sheet music, and help you work as a team to create beautiful music together for worship, when you are ready!

 

Hour long weekly rehearsals are typically held on Sunday mornings (September-May) at 11:00 am in the Sanctuary. So make sure to enjoy a treat in the Fellowship Hall after Sunday School and head over!
